摘要
介绍了一种车载式道路快速检测与测量技术,该技术综合应用光、机、电、算及"3S"技术,以机动车为平台,装备高分辨率线阵路面图像采集系统、激光结构光三维测量系统、多目CCD立体测量系统、惯性补偿的激光测距系统、GPS/DMI/GYRO组合定位系统等先进的传感器系统以及车载计算机、嵌入式集成多传感器同步控制单元等设备,在车辆正常行驶状态下,自动完成道路路面裂缝、车辙、平整度、道路几何参数及道路沿线设施图像等数据采集。经对比试验证明,该快速道路检测技术与传统的人工检测方式具有良好的相关性。
This paper expatiated on the technique of land-borne pavement speedy detection and measurement, which is related to optical, mechanical, electrical, computing and "3S" technologies comprehensively. The system introduced in this paper uses vehicles as the platform, equipped with several advanced sensor systems, such as high resolution line-scan road image collection system, laser structured light 3D measurement system, multi vision CCD stereo measurement system, GPS/DMI/GYRO integrated position and orientation system, and other instruments like computer in vehicles, imbedded multi-sensor integration synchronous controlling unit and so on. Under the normally driving of the vehicle, the system can automatically collect the information of pavement crack, track, flatness, stereo-photo of facilities along the two sides of the road, and road geometrical parameters. The contrast experiment shows that there is excellent correlation between this technology and traditional manual method.
