摘要
提出了一种区域多方式货运网络随机平衡配流模型,并给出了相应的求解算法。建立了包含不同运输方式线路和转运枢纽的区域多方式货运网络描述模型,以随机用户平衡原则为基础,构建了等价于区域多方式货运网络随机平衡配流模型的变分不等式问题。建立的模型既考虑了联运过程中转运费用对路径选择的影响,又可同时计算出路线和转运弧上的流量和费用。采用精简对角化算法对模型进行了求解,并给出算例对算法的有效性和模型的实用性进行了验证。
This paper proposed a stochastic user equilibrium assignment model for regional multi modal networks, together with a solution algorithm. Firstly, a multimodal network representation model was proposed, which consists of transfer nodes as well as different modal links that connect those nodes. Then, based on the behavioral foundation of Stochastic User Equilibrium, a variational inequality problem was formulated, which is equivalent to the stochastic user equilibrium assignment model for regional multi-modal networks. The proposed model considers transfer costs effect on routes choice, and simultaneously estimates flows and costs on modal links and transfer links. Finally, the streamlined diagonal algorithm was applied to solving the proposed model, and a numerical example was used to illustrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the model.
