摘要
为了保证交通事故现场处理人员的人身安全,避免二次交通事故发生,分析了影响交通事故现场安全性的因素,建立了系统动力学模型,对交通事故现场安全水平进行了动态预测。为了将管理水平量化处理,以各因素的资金投入标定事故现场管理的水平,通过系统仿真,得到各因素管理水平的变化对交通事故现场安全程度的影响。研究结果表明,人的因素是影响交通事故现场安全水平的主要因素,管理因素次之,加强人为因素的管理是提高交通事故现场安全性,预防二次事故发生的主要手段。
In order to protect personal safety of staff disposing accident scene and avoid secondary accident, the factors affecting safety level of traffic accident scene were analyzed. A dynamic model of the system was set up to forecast safety level of traffic accident scene. Based on quantitative analysis, the management level of accident scene was represented by fund input. The simulation of the system shows that changing management level of every factor affects safety level of traffic accident scene. The results show that the management of human factor prominently affects the safety level of traffic accident scene, followed by management factor. Therefore, intensifying management level of human factor is the major measure to improve safety level of traffic accident scene and avoid secondary accident.
