摘要
利用ArcGIS开发工具和微软公司提供的Viusal Studio.NET开发工具及SQL Server关系数据库,设计开发了1个集现状录入,信息查询,数据分析,停车需求预测,规划方案确定,重新调整规划方案等功能的城市停车规划管理系统。并以上海市虹口区停车规划管理系统为例进行了系统设计。
By using the developing tools ArcGIS＇developed by ESRI Company and Visual Studio. NET and SQL Server Relational Database by Microsoft Corporation, a system was developed, which has the functions of data input, data retrieving, data analysis, parking demand predicting, parking lots spatial distribution and adjustment, etc. Further more, an urban parking planning system for Hongkou District of Shanghai City was designed as a case study.
