Through analysis of the dangerous and harmful factors of SIPE unit in cation-dyeable PET plant, the fire and explosion hazard analysis conclusion was obtained. According to the releasing source grade and ventilation condition,the classification of hazardous area was determined. Explosive dangerous area was classified.
