信息产品仲裁检验和质量鉴定委托事项的探讨

1999年4月1日，国家质量技术监督局发部实施了《产品质量仲裁检验和产品质量鉴定管理办法》。许多申请人在按照《办法》要求与仲裁检验或质量鉴定单位签订委托书、明确仲裁检验或质量鉴定委托事项时，对产品所采用的标准及标准中的质量要求不了解，不能准确表达委托事项。为此，对此问题进行深入探讨，使申请人能够了解委托事项涉及的相关知识。

《The Measures of Product Quality Arbitration Inspection and Product Quality Identification》 has been issued by state bureau of quality and technical supervision on 1 April, 1994. The proposers cannot comprehend accurately the material content of quality demand standard so as to express commitment inaccurately, when the proposers underwrite a power of attorney according to the measures. This paper discussed this matter in order to make the proposers comprehend the correlative knowledge of commitment.
