网络的发展今非昔比，网站这种模式被更多的人所接受，人们已经习惯从网络获取信息，结合图书馆网站设计开发的整个过程，从图书馆网站建设初期的需求分析阶段开始，论述图书馆网站建立的重要性，分析公共图书馆网站栏目建立的方向，并提出几点建设性的意见。

The development of the network is no longer what it was before, website is accept by more persons. People have already maken it a hale to obtain an information from the network. Combining the whole process of the library website design development, from the beginning of the need of the initial stage analytical stage of the library website construction, this paper discussed the importance of the library website establishment, and analyzed the direction of the public library website column establishment, and put forward some constructive suggestion.
