摘要 利用长期施用长残留除草剂咪唑乙烟酸的土壤,采用高压富集的方法,从两种培养液中共分离出3株细菌,根据菌株的形态特性和生理生化特征,对此3个菌株进行了初步鉴定:菌株X为丙酸杆菌属(Propioni-bacterium);菌株Y为海球菌属(Marinococcus);菌株Z为酸单胞杆菌属(Acidomonas);菌株X、Y和Z的最适生长温度分别是30、30和35℃;菌株X和Z在中性偏酸的培养基中生长较好,菌株Y在偏碱培养基中生长较好;菌株X、Y、Z生长最适合的葡萄糖含量分别为0.5%、1%和0.1%;菌株Y生长最适咪唑乙烟酸的浓度是10 mg a.i.·L-1,菌株X和Z生长最适咪唑乙烟酸的浓度是20 mg a.i.·L-1。 Abstract: Using the high pressure enrichment method, three bacteria strains in two culture media were separated from soil, which contained the herbicide imazethapyr and were long polluted by the pesticide. By batch culture with clomazone as a sole carbon, strain X was identified as Propionibacterium, strain Y was identified as Marinococcu, and strain Z was identified as Acidomonas according to the morphological and physiological characters. The optimal temperature for growth of X, Y and Z were 30, 30, and 35 ℃, respectively. The growth of strain X and Z was good in neutral and weak acidic culture media, but strain Y was appropriate to growth under alkalescence; the optimal sugar contents for growth of X, Y and Z were 0.5%, 1% and 0.1%, respectively. The optimal initial concentration for imazethapyr of Y was 10 mg, a i ·L^-1, and that for X and Z was 20 mg, a i ·L^-1.
