S^v型小麦雄性不育系及保持系的研究

Male sterile line and maintainer line of S^v type wheat

通过对Sv型1B/1R型保持系、G型不育恢复系1031品系分别与Sv型不育系杂交后代的研究,结果表明,1BS染色体上带有来自斯卑尔托Rf3恢复基因的普通小麦1031品系,是Sv型细胞质雄性不育系的恢复系。这扩大了Sv型细胞质雄性不育系的非1B/1R型保持系,为Sv型细胞质雄性不育系小麦在北方春麦区的利用提供了基础材料。

This study mainly analyzed the property and fertility of the hybrids of 1B/IR type maintainer line and common wheat 1031 which was acrossed with Sv type male sterile line. The results showed that the common wheat 1031 carrying Rf3 gene on IBS was the non-lB/1R maintainer line of CMS line of S^v type cytoplasm. This is a new diversity that increase resources of the less maintainer lines. It provides a basic material that S^v type male sterile lines can be utilized for the northern spring wheat region.
