摘要
大豆是重要的粮油作物,研究大豆基因组结构与功能对于揭示大豆的遗传发育机理及培育高产优质大豆新品种具有重要意义。文章综述了近年来ESTs数据在基因图谱绘制、基因识别、发现SNPs等方面的研究。
Soybean is one of the most important oil crop plant. There＇s very important significance on researching soybean genomic structure and function, which can reveal the mechanism of soybean genetic growth and cultivate new high-yield and high-quality varieties. This paper summarized the research on construction of genetic map, genetic identification, SNPs discovery and other aspects of ESTs data in recent years.
