摘要
通过数值模拟的方法对采用传统流道系统的镁合金压铸件的充型温度场及铸件卷气情况进行模拟,针对模拟结果采用热流道设计对镁合金压铸件进行工艺改进并模拟改进后铸件的充型温场及铸件卷气情况。结果表明,热流道系统在镁合金压铸中的应用能减少充型金属液降温,减少浇注系统金属量,避免产生冷纹、冷隔,提高压铸件表面质量。
The filling process and air entrapment condition of the magnesium AZ91D die-castings was simulated. The process of the casting was improved by hot runner design according to the results of simulation. The new model's filling process and air entrapment condition was also simulated. The results show that using hot runner system in magnesium die-casting can reduce heat loss and save raw materials, avoid cold crack and cold shut as well as improve quality.
