汽轮机叶片目前主要采用小批量生产的锻件毛坯,其对锻造模具设计效率要求很高。经过总结和提炼企业现有的设计经验及技术,形成叶片模具设计专家知识库。根据现有的设计过程构建设计系统模块,每个模块对专家库的应用采用两种可选方法,即自动应用和选择提示。对该基于UG的汽轮机叶片模具设计专家系统进行了介绍,具体包括系统设计思想、系统的构成、系统功能及实现方法等。
The production of turbine blades mainly uses forging billets in small-scale production, so the forging die design requires much higher production. After studying the design process and the specialist's knowledge, a special knowledge base was built. Based on this data base, a special CAD system was constructed. Using this system, all the blade forging die design work could be done automatically and selectively. The special system for turbine blade die design based on UG was introduced, which included the thought of system design, the structure of system, the function of system and the realization of system.
