摘要
利用Gauss热源模型,建立了定点热源作用下的二维瞬态焊接熔池数学模型,模拟了AISI304不锈钢TIG焊过程,得到不同硫含量下温度场和速度场分布图。硫含量的变化导致熔池表面张力引起的Marangoni对流方向发生变化,从而获得不同形貌的焊缝。模拟结果与试验结果基本吻合。
A mathematical model of 2D transient welding molten pool under staionary heat source was established by using the Gauss body heat source model to simulate the TIG welding process of AISI304 stainless steel. The temperature field and velocity field under different sulfur contents were obtained. The sulfur content in the weld pool changed the direction of the Marangoni convection induced by the surface tension on the pool surface, thus the different weld shapes were obtained. The simulation results of molten pool shape basically accorded with the practice welding results.
