利用混凝土初始性能评价后期性能的可行性研究

摘要 利用新近发展的混凝土性能检测技术对新拌阶段混凝土性能进行测定并由此推测混凝土后期性能,这一技术被总结为事前反馈控制技术。该技术在汉宜公路大修工程的应用结果表明,用十分钟左右时间可完成对新拌制的混凝土的主要技术指标的检验,并预测混凝土28天的强度,所获得的评估结果与常规试验结果相吻合,从而为混凝土质量的超前控制技术提供了有力的支持。 Newly developed technology is about to determine and speculate concrete performance from the properties of fresh concrete, and it was called quality feedback and control in advance technology. The applied results of this technology in Construction of han-yi expressway showed that the examination of fresh concrete can be performed with 10 minutes and a prediction 28 d quality can be approached, and the predicted results are accorded with the traditional way. The research result supports the possibility of controlling concrete quality at fresh state.
