摘要
预氧化炉是生产碳纤维的关键设备,其结构的合理性将直接对碳纤维的生产质量及效率产生影响。该文利用Fluent对预氧化炉内状况进行模拟计算,得到炉内热空气的流动速度场、温度场和压力场。Fluent为我们的研究工作中提供了一种快捷、准确、低成本的的手段,这对于优化炉体的设计具有非常重要的意义。
As the key equipment in the carbon fiber producing process, the structure rationality of pre-oxidation furnace influences the quality and efficiency of carbon fiber directly. In this paper, Fluent was used to calculate the situation of pre-oxidation furnace, and get the fluid rate field, temperature field and press field of warm atmosphere in pre-oxidation furnace. The application of Fluent in producing carbon fiber provides a quick, accurate as well as low cost way to investigate the structure of pre-oxidation furnace for our research work, which is very significant to optimize the design of furnace.
