Analysis according to Economics on the Combination of Social Security Systems Implemented in Urban and Rural Areas in China

我国现行社会保障制度建设已取得了显著成效,但与我国经济社会发展的需要相比,还有待进一步改革与完善。实现社会保障城乡衔接就是当前一项迫切需要解决的问题。从社会保障需求与供给的角度分别阐述了社会保障城乡衔接的经济理论,分析了我国社会保障城乡衔接的制约因素,并提出了相应的路径选择。

The existing social security system, which separates the rural area from the urban area in China, not only fails to adapt to the development of market economy and the requirement of the economic reform, but also exerts some very negative influence on all-round growth of social economy. Therefore, under new changing situation, it is inevitable and imperative that the urban social security system and rural social security system will develop. The article analyzes the economic theory, discuses real economic value and the restricted factors of the Social Security System implemented in Urban and Rural Areas in China. Additionally, it brings forward the corresponding advice.
