试论完善急诊科功能的必要性与方法

On necessity and methodology to improve function of hospital emergency department

急诊科除完成一般急诊工作外，还要实施对各种急诊危重病员的抢救，应付各种突发灾害的救护。目前，绝大多数急诊科技术力量、医疗条件和设备均较薄弱，在遇救治伤病员时只能简单处理，不能立刻有效地阻断严重危及伤病员生命支持系统的病理生理过程，而贻误了挽救生命的宝贵时间。因此，我们医院进一步完善了急诊科功能，将一些确定性抢救治疗措施从住院部前伸到急诊科实施，使急救抢救成功率提高了１３２个百分点。

Besides to general routine emergency work, hospital emergency department has to conduct rescue work of urgent and critical cases, and cope with a variety of sudden disaster. At present, the professional workforce, medical facilities and equipment in most hospital emergency department are relatively weak. Thus they are only able to provide simple treatment for patients, and are not able to timely and effectively stop the pathophysiological process which seriously threatens patients vital system. Sometime the valuable chances to save life are missed as a result of that condition. The authors hospital expanded its emergency department further to shift the determined rescue treatment procedures from inpatient department to emergency department and increased the ratio of successfully rescued cases by 13.2%. Meanwhile, its medical dispute decreased.
