摘要
文章从耦合矩阵出发,用发夹型谐振器实现了一种多层LTCC三级带通滤波器的结构,并通过将电磁场数值计算与电路结构仿真相结合,引入了一个适合于多级LTCC带通滤波器的设计方法。在利用电磁场仿真软件对滤波器中的谐振器及其耦合结构做出详细分析的基础上,得到三级切比雪夫响应带通滤波器;进一步在谐振器之间引入源耦合,在阻带位置中产生传输零点,从而增大传输零点附近的衰减。
A multilayer 3 order Bandpass filter is obtained by adopting the Harpin resonators in Synthesis - method based on coupling matrix, and circuit simulating. With the assist are analized in detail and three order c is made use of to yielding transmission and a method to design a LTCC filter is introduced by field calculating of simulating software, the resonators and multi-layer coupling structure hebysh zeros ev bandpass filter is obtained. Furthermore, the source-coupling in the stop band, which increase the attenuation nearby.
