选矿车间内药剂二次污染问题研究

STUDY ON SECONDARY POLLUTION PROBLEMS IN DRESSING WORKSHOP

本文选取了乙基黄原酸钠、异丁基黄原酸钠、乙硫氮和丁基三硫代碳酸钠四种具有代表性的含硫捕收剂,模拟药剂在选矿车间的使用过程。实验表明在配药、选矿过程中,以上药剂放出二次污染物(CS2)所造成的车间内CS2的浓度已超出了相关国家标准的规定。选矿药剂作为二次污染物应引起有关部门的足够重视。

The using process of the four representative collectors, sodium ethyl-xanthate, sodium isobutylxanthate, SN-9# and n-butyl trithiocarbonate, in the dressing workshop is simulated. It shows that all the four beneficiation reagents can release CS2, and the concentration of CS2 in the workshop has exceeded the relevant national standards. The secondary pollution of beneficiation reagents causes for concern.
