摘要
碱厂废水水量较大,碱度大,污染性强。分别考察阴离子型、阳离子型、非离子型三种有机高分子聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂对废水处理的效果,发现都不是非常理想。然而,如果将无机凝聚剂与这三种有机高分子絮凝剂复配使用,效果很好;有机高分子絮凝剂用量少,絮凝时间短,矾花大而实,沉降速度快。适宜的絮凝条件为:对100mL废水,阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺的投加0.001g,硫酸钠为0.06 g,pH为9.7,搅拌时间为20 min。在此条件下废水COD去除率达到80.5%,废水的色度去除率为92.9%。
Alkali factory wastewater is characterized by great quantity, strong alkalinity and serious pollution to the environment. The wastewater the processing effects are compared by anion , positive ion and non - ionic PAM. The effects are not very ideal. However, if the compound use of match the inorganic flocculant with these three kind of organic high polymer flocculant, the effects are very good; the dosage of organic high polymer flocculant is few, flocculent time is short, the vitriol flower is big and solid, sedimentation rate is quick. The suitable flocculation condition: the dosage of anion polyacrylamide is 0.01g, the dosage of sodium sulfate is 0.06 g in wastewater of 100rnL, pH is 9.7, the mixing time is 20 min. The removing rate of waste water COD achieves 80.5 %, the chromaticity removing rate of the waste water is 92.9 % with the condition.
