摘要
金相分析是显示图像分析的一项重要内容,金相图像空间形貌和组织形状非常复杂,包含了大量的专业性信息,给金相图像的处理和识别带来了较大的困难。本文介绍了金相组织图像智能分析系统的构成,从金相图像预处理、图像分割与晶界重建、金相组织特征参数提取、模式识别等方面对系统的关键技术进行了论述,分析了所面临的问题,对进一步的研究方向进行了展望。
The metallographic analysis is an important part of microscopic analysis. The space shape and microstructure of metallographic image is very complex and the metallographic image include much professional knowledge, which make the analysis and recognition of metallographic images very difficult. This paper presents the structure of the system and the key technologies of the system based on image preprocessing, image segmentation and grain- boundary reconstruction, feature extraction and pattern recognition and so on. The current problems are analyzed and the further researches in this field are put forward.
