摘要
舰载信息系统作战效能评估是一个多指标评价过程。利用基于最优传递矩阵的改进层次分析法对此非定量事件作定量分析,确定了各指标的重要性排序权值,能够在作战中为指挥员决策提供依据,起到优化作战资源的作用。效能分析实例验证了此方法的有效性。
The operational effectiveness evaluation of the shipboard information system is a multi-index evaluation process. This paper makes a quantitative analysis on the non-quantitative event by means of the improved analytical hierarchy process（AHP） based on the optimal transfer matrix, confirms the turn weight value of importance of each index, which can provide the basis for the commander＇s decision in the war and optimize combat resources. The example of effectiveness analysis verifies the validity of the method.
