摘要
汽轮机末级长叶片的设计研究是超超临界汽轮机关键技术之一。应用有限元方法建立1200 mm单只长叶片模型,计算了在考虑叶根与轮槽接触情况下非线性强度。计算结果表明,在超速情况下叶片强度是安全的。
Design and research of turbine last stage long blade is one of key technologies to extra supercritical turbine. The paper set up 1 200 mm single long blade model with finite element method and calculated its nonlinear strength under the condition of the contact between blade root and groove. The calculated results showed that the blade strength is enough under the condition of over speed.
