重症心功能不全的心脏再同步疗法
摘要
20%以上的慢性心功能不全患者存在室内传导阻滞。室内传导阻滞可造成心室收缩不协调、收缩效率下降,而后者是导致心功能不全及影响预后的主要因素。上世纪90年代初,为了纠正此类心室不同步,提出双室起搏疗法。因其有效性高,故以心脏再同步治疗(cardiac resynchronization therapy,CRT)的名称迅速普及,很快成为治疗重症心功能不全的重要方法之一。目前,CRT增加了除颤和各种监测功能,
