摘要 主要针对高职院校大学生自信心不足的现象,探讨以SCL-90症状自评量表及16PF人格因素量表测试分析课外体育活动对学生自信心的影响,提出合理有效的方法和手段来提高学生的自信心。实验结果显示:锻炼前后学生在人际关系、焦虑、兴奋性、忧虑性、独立性方面有极显著性差异;在抑郁、恐惧、乐群性、敏感性、紧张性、适应与焦虑、适应与焦虑型、内向与外向型方面有显著性差异。 Mainly aiming at the phenomenon that the vocational college students' self-confidence is insufficient, this paper discusses the effect extra-curricular sports activities in students' self-confident development by the test of SCL-90 symptom checklist and the 16PF personality factor meter test scale. It aims at proposing reasonable and effective methods and ways to enhance students' self-confidence. The experimental result shows : students have the extremely significant difference in the interpersonal relationship, anxiety, excitability, worry, and the independence; In despondence, fright, sociability, sensi- tivity, tension, adaptation and anxiety, introversion and the extroversion, students also have significant change.
