回气压力浮动控制法在超市制冷中的节能探讨

摘要 本文针对超市陈列柜制冷系统负荷变化大的特点,提出了采用回气压力浮动来控制压缩机的运行,在保证食品储藏温度不变的情况下达到增效节能的目的。本文介绍了该方法的控制策略和浮动条件,比较分析其特点,指出了其增效节能优势,并介绍了蒸发压力浮动控制对制冷系统带来的其他好处。 Float control is an energy saving strategy used m the control of rack refrigeration systems. This function is active with the suction float feature for compressor control only. In a supermarket refrigeration system,the compressor need to be capable of maintaining a suction pressure to keep all of the refrigerated cases and boxes at their desired temperatures under even the heaviest load conditions. In a heavy load condition, the suction pressure needs to be low enough to bring the temperatures down within a reasonable period of time. However, it is not necessary to maintain suction pressure at this low level all the time, and it is a waste of energy to do so. This is where suction float can help. Suction float allows the setpoints for the compressors to float upwards when in a low load condition.
