摘要
钢构架是锅炉设备的重要支撑部分,其稳定性、安全性十分重要;钢结构在低温环境下脆性破坏是造成巨大经济损失和人员伤亡的最危险的破坏形式;文章分析了遭受雪灾等低温影响或者长期承受雪载荷的锅炉钢构架低温脆断的影响因素;从材料选择及设计的角度给出了对策措施;提出了对低温及雪载荷较大的钢构架,要从设计、制造、运行等多方面考虑防止低温环境下裂纹失稳,防止发生低温脆性断裂。
Steel structure is a very important support should be paid more attention to. It is the most dange parts for boiler, so its stability and security rous fracture form that steel structure brittle fracture under low temperature, which leads to great economic loss and personnel casualty. This paper analyzes the effecting factors of steel structure under low-temperature, such as snow disaster, or supported snow load long time. In this paper, some useful methods based on choosing materials and designing are provided. In order to avoid the crack lost stability and brittle fracture of the structure in the condition of low - temperature and large snow load, a solution, which is to consider various elements, such as designing, manufacturing, running etc is proposed.
