摘要
很多学者探讨了单位制(包括国有企业)与成员抗争之间的种种关系,但是对于抗争的另一面——沉默的具体影响因素缺乏关注。根据湖南和湖北两地部分国企的调查数据和Logistic回归模型分析国有企业工人遭遇侵权后选择沉默的一些相关因素,结果发现:年龄越大者、工龄越长者和女性更倾向选择沉默;受教育年数和可支配收入对于选择沉默没有什么影响;工龄、是否党员以及自己遭遇侵权的概率对于选择沉默的正向影响非常明显;相对剥夺感越强,满意度越低越倾向于沉默。
Based on the investigation of some state - owned enterprises in Hunan province & Hubei province, utilizing the logistic regression model as analyzing instrument, the paper discusses the influential factors of workers'reticence after encountered tort in state -owned enterprises. The results shows that the elder and the female were more likely to keep silent ; the educated people with disposable income have no influence on the choice of the reticence ; the workers'working age, their party membership and the probability of encountering tort have a significant and positive influence on the reticence ; the more stronger the sense of relative deprivation, the lower the sense of satisfaction, the more inclined the workers to keep reticent.
