摘要
我国新型工业化进程中制度创新必须处理好政府、市场和企业的关系;制度创新与制度引进的关系;各种制度之间的关系;强制性制度创新和诱致性制度创新的关系。应从七个方面进行制度创新加快我国新型工业化进程。
Institutional innovation must deal well with four relations： the relation among government, market and enterprise, the relation between institutional innovation and institutional import, the relation between all institutions, the relation between imposed institutional innovation and induced institutional innova- tion during new industrialization course in China. We must expedite it from seven aspects.
