Contradion of Information in Epistemology Level

矛盾论认为,矛盾是普遍存在的,存在于一切事物的发展过程中.认识论层次信息作为信息主体所感知或表述的事物存在方式和运动状态,也应该存在一定的矛盾表现。在认识论层次上,信息矛盾表现为信息主体之间和信息主体与信息本体之间两类矛盾,造成了逆向选择和道德风险,贫富分化以及信息过剩的后果,可以通过建立信号传递机制,完善信息披露机制,强化信息共享机制和构建信息生产控制机制来加以解决。

Theory of contradiction believes that contradiction is universal, and exits in all process. Information in epistemology level is the way of existence and the state of motion that information senses or indicates, and it also shows contradiction. In epistemology level, contradiction of information represents two kinds of contradiction between information ontology and between information multi- entity and information ontology,which result in adverse selection and risks of morality, polarization of poverty and affluence, excess of information. We can establish the passing mechanism of signal , perfect posting mechanism of information, strengthen sharing mechanism of information and establish controlling mechanism of information production.
