摘要
在信息时代和知识经济发展中,作为图书馆员所起的作用愈来愈大,同时他们也面临着发展的巨大压力和难题。社会的偏见、人才短缺、职业的倦怠、管理误区、竞争机制不健全、继续教育投资不足等因素,直接影响着图书馆员的成长、发展和图书馆人力资源的开发。本文主要对影响图书馆员人力资源开发的障碍因素进行分析。
In the information age and knowledge -based economy development, librarians have played a very important role, and have faced the great stress and problems. Social prejudice, talent shortage, occupational burnout, management mistakes, competition mechanisms, shortage of continuing education, etc. have influenced the development of the librarians and the exploration of human resource. This paper analyzes the library human resource development obstacles.
