摘要
高校图书馆读者服务必须从宏观改革,微观创新方面做起,才能调动图书馆人和图书馆读者的积极性,才能实现图书馆的功能。
It is necessary for university libraries to carry out the reform of readers service macroscopically as to give the libraries responsibility of training, and to carry out innovation microscopically as to set up university information resource development centers for the communication between the readers and the librarians and to activate the readers,in order to achieve the functions of libraries.
