On the Financing System of BOT

BOT作为基础设施新型融资方式,其融资的项目具有导向性、有限追索性和信用结构多样化的特征,使其在全球范围内迅速兴起,日益受到金融法律领域的关注。而我国相关的BOT融资立法却存在诸多的缺陷,应当借鉴其它国家的经验,立足本国国情,对其加以完善。

As a new project financing for basal establishment, BOT has the characteristics of project-oriented quality, limited recourse and credit structure diversification,which make it rise all around the world and he increasingly concerned by the field of financial laws. But there are too many flaws of BOT financing legislation in China, so we should base on our national conditions to draw the experience of other countries to make it perfect.
