辽宁省具有丰厚的满族文化资源,尤其是满族历史遗存、民俗风情与民间文化独具魅力。如何在有效保护满族文化的前提下,将满族文化资源优势转变为文化产业竞争优势,是辽宁省建设文化强省进程中需要解决的关键问题。开发满族文化资源既要遵循文化产业发展的一般规律,还要充分动员民间力量,挖掘满族文化的内涵,创新文化产业发展思路,充分利用现代传媒技术与艺术形式。

Liaoning province is rich in Manchu cultural resources, especially in the uniquely charming historical remains, folk customs and folk cultures. How to effectively protect Manchu culture and transform the advantages of Manchu cultural resources into actual competitive ad- vantages in cultural industry is the key to the construction of the culturally strong Liaoning prov- ince. The development bf Manchu cultural resources should follow the general rules for cultural industry, development, call for people in all walks of life to protect their traditional cultures, probe into the cultural connotations of Manchu culture, have creative thoughts for cultural industry development, and bring modern media and artistic forms into full play.
