摘要
利用一维流体仿真分析软件Flowmaster,对车用空调系统进行了额定工况和高温工况的性能仿真与试验对比.首先建立蒸发器和冷凝器的单体试验模型,应用Flowmaster软件中的形状因子优化程序和性能试验数据确定其形状因子;然后建立压缩机和热力膨胀阀的单体试验模型,利用其性能试验曲线和图表确定其相应的单体模型参数;最后把组成系统各部件的单体模型参数调入到整个空调系统进行仿真分析计算.其仿真结果与试验对比具有较高的可信度.通过系统性能仿真和试验相结合的方式,可优化和改进系统设计,缩短研发周期,节约研发成本.
This paper simulated the air conditioning system in the vehicle using the one-dimensional fluid simulation software Flowmaster and compared the simulation results with the experimental datas. Firstly, this paper built the unit test models of the evaporator and condenser. The shape factors were deduced from experimental datas using the optimization programme ACSOP. Secondly, the models of the compressor and thermal expansion valve is built, and the parameters of the single model was obtained using the experimental curves and charts. Finally, this paper put the single model parameters into the whole system to simulate it. The simulating results of the system on the rated and high temperature status were accordant with the experimental datas. The combination of the simulation and experiment can optimize and improve the system, shorten the study time and economize the researching costs.
