重载弧齿锥齿轮齿面接触区仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 传动装置中的弧齿锥齿轮,工作负荷大,载荷变化频繁,工况恶劣,要提高轮齿啮合性能,需要对轮齿啮合过程中齿面接触区形状、大小、位置、接触迹走向等敏感性问题进行分析,为此建立重载弧齿锥齿轮仿真模型,运用加载轮齿接触分析方法,考虑系统变形情况,分析了其在不同工况下的受力、错位量、齿面接触区及传递误差等情况,根据分析结果对弧齿锥齿轮适量修形,并进行试验对比验证.结果表明仿真分析的接触区情况和试验齿轮齿面得到的接触区非常接近,验证了仿真分析结果的正确性. The spiral bevel gears in transmissions are working in bad condition, and the working load is heavy and changes frequently. So in order to improve the engagement performance of the gear teeth, we should make an analysis on sensitive issues such as the contact zone shape, size, position and contact mark development trend of teeth faces during engagement. We build up a simulation model of the heavy load spiral bevel gears, and apply the LTCA method to analyzing the acting force, misalignment quantity, contact zone and transferred error according to the system deformation and different working condition. This paper makes some proper shape modification of spiral bevel gears on the basis of analysis results, and carries out a test contrast verification finally. The contact zone of analysis results is very close to the test.
