摘要 针对履带车辆电气系统总体设计中出现的设计周期长、效率低、劳动强度大等问题,提出了模块化设计方法和设计流程,结合设计实例分析说明了采用模块化设计方法对增强系统的可靠性和维修性、缩短研发周期和加工周期、增加产品多样性、提高经济效益的作用. In order to solve the problem of the long design periods, low efficiency and massive labor intensity in the overall design of electric system of tracked vehicles, this paper introduces the method of modular design. It presents the method and process of modular design. Adopting the method of modular design would strengthen the system reliability and maintainability, and shorten the design periods and the manufacture periods, and increase product diversity. A design example is given.
