摘要
研究了固体超强酸催化剂,在乙醇胺催化胺化合成杂环化合物的反应中的催化性能。重点考察了反应温度、进料流速等条件对产品组成的影响,并对其影响因素进行了较为深入和广泛的讨论。实验结果表明:采用固体超强酸催化剂,在温度为260℃、体积流速为1.5ml/min、反应为浓度在75%的反应条件下,产品的有效总产率为67.2%。同时对反应历程及机理展开了讨论。
The catalytic performance of solid super acid in cyclization of ethanolamine (MEA) was investigated. The discussion was concentrated on the effect of the different condition including different temperature, different proportion and rate of feed on the catalysis reaction . It is shown that the optimal temperature for the catalytic synthesis was about 260℃, the optimal flow meter was about 1.5ml/min. Under the experimental conditions, the yields of productions was up to 67.2%.As the seem time ,reaction mechanism was discussed concentrated.
