摘要
纳米材料被誉为是"21世纪最有前途的材料",目前,已成为当今许多科学工作者研究的热点,而氧化锌纳米材料的许多优异性能使其成为重要的研究对象并得到广泛的应用。本文综述了近年来合成氧化锌纳米材料的一些新方法,比较了各种方法的优缺点;简单介绍了氧化锌纳米材料的性质及其可能的应用领域,并对氧化锌纳米材料的发展前景进行了展望。
Nanometer material is known as the "21 most promising materials".At present, the research of this field has become hotter and hotter. And nano-zinc oxide materials with outstanding performance make it a number of important subjects and a wide range of applications. The text reviews some new preparation methods of ZnO nanometer material in recent years. The advantages and disadvantage of these methods are simply summarized. The potential applications of ZnO nanometer materials in many fields are introduced and the future development in ZnO nanometer material research field is supposed.
