虚词“式”在《诗经》中的含义探析

The Function of the Particle Word "Shi" in the Book of Songs

虚词"式"在《诗经》中既具有虚词"既"的五种功能,又作为音节助词起到凑够音节的作用。《尚书》中的虚词"式"同样如此。随着语言的发展,加之先秦虚词的特点,"式"的虚词功能逐渐消失。

The particle word ＂Shi＂ in the Book of Songs has both the five functions of another particle word ＂Ji＂ ,and sometimes the function as auxiliary word of syllable as well. Its functions in the Book of Documents are similar. As the language evolved plus some features of the Pre-Qin particles, these functions of ＂Shi＂ are gradually disappeared.
