分析了我国企业劳动用工制度中存在的具体问题,借鉴美国、日本等发达国家劳动用工模式以及人力资源管理的经验,结合我国经济、社会、文化背景和条件,融美、日用工模式之长于一体,提出了“阶梯递进组织结构”
Based on analyzing the labour system and the advantages and experience of manpower resources management in developed countries,e.g.USA and Japan,combining the economic,social and cultural background and conditions in China,this paper analyzed the existing labour system in China enterprises. An ideal mode of escalating organizational structure for lobar system is put forward.
