Breeding of a New Peanut Variety Shanyou 188 and Its Cultivation Technologies

汕油188是以汕油21为母本、湛油55为父本有性杂交选育而成的多抗、高产、优质花生新品种,经广东省区域试验、生产示范和抗病性试验,该品种具有高抗锈病和叶斑病、中抗青枯病、丰产稳产、品质较优等特点,适宜广东省水田与旱坡地作春、秋季种植,2008年1月通过了广东省农作物品种审定委员会的审定。

Shanyou188, bred by Shantou Agricultural Sciences Researcn msntute, was derived from a multicross of Shanyou 21 and Zhanyou 55. The variety showed the excellent characteristics of high resistance to rust and leafpot, middle resistance to bacterial wilt, higher pod yield, good quality and so on. It was certificated and released by Guangdong Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2008. Its cultivation technologies include soil selection, earlier sowing, later harverst, thicker plant density, enhancing fertilization and moisture control, preventing diseases pest and mouse in time.
