摘要
从作业成本管理、价值链分析及其关系入手,本文探讨了它们在企业成本管理的应用。作者还阐述了内部价值链和内部作业成本管理内涵以及通过价值链降低作业成本的办法。
Through the analysis of operating cost managemenx and ualue chain, the link between them and their application in the enterprise,the paper elaborates the application and connotation of activity cost management on value chain.
