摘要
通过研究椭圆弧面螺纹的参数化编程与加工过程,介绍了利用SIEMENS系统提供的R参数指令编程功能编制出了具有通用性、适用性且应用简单的椭圆弧面螺纹的数控加工程序。使用时只需要在主程序中对相关变量进行赋值即可完成所需椭圆弧面螺纹的加工。
By way of studying the parametric programming and machining of oval arc thread, the machining program by R parameter applied oval are thread that has commonality and applicability and simpleness have been gone out by using the parametric programming. If you will accomplish a part machinig of oval arc thread by using it, you only need to evaluate correlative variable in the main program.
