新课改下湖南省初中体育师资现状研究

Research on the Status Quo of PE Teacher Resources in Hunan Middle Schools under the New Curriculum Reform

通过对新课程改革下的湖南省初中体育师资的调查发现:男女教师的比例严重失衡,女教师比例偏少;农村学校的体育教师班师比、生师比都比一类、二类地区低;三类地区专职体育教师中具有高级职称的教师极少,比例很低,专职体育教师队伍的学历结构中,地区之间差异很明显;体育教师职业后教育机会不均等。

Through the survey to the new curriculum reform of middle school PE teachers in Hunan province, we found that the proportion of male and female teachers is in a serious imbalance, female teachers are in the low percentage. In rural schools, the proportion of ＂teachers to classes＂ and the proportion of ＂teachers to students＂ in one class are lower than one-class second-class areas, three-class regional full-time PE teachers are few with the senior title and the ratio is very low. The differences between regions is clear in the academic structure of full-time PE teachers, the further educational opportunities of PE teachers are unequal.
