摘要
刚刚走入高校的新教师处于教师发展的起点阶段,普遍欠缺教学经验和技巧,需要通过一定的适应性训练方能顺利进入下一步。从教师发展、终身教育及学习型社会、职业准入制度三个视角进行理论分析,可以阐明高校新教师入职教育的重要意义。
New college teacher who just enter colleges are in the starting point of their career development, they commonly lack teaching experience and skills and are in need of some adaptability practice to smoothly enter next stage. This article mainly analyze it from three perspectives which include the development of teachers, life education and study-oriented society, access-to-vocation system, it also demonstrates the important meaning of new faculty' induction.
