According to Shenzhen custom statistics, rare earth export showed declined tendency in Guangdong province in 2008. It totally exported 1,872 tons of rare earths valued US 39.28 million in the first three quarters of 2008, falling 2.1% and 6.4% respectively over the same period of 2007.
