摘要
在分析我国农村人力资源存在数量庞大、质量不高、流动性差等问题的基础上,论述了当前农村人力资源现状对农业可持续发展的制约作用。基于农业可持续发展的视角下,提出了一些加强农村人力资源能力建设的对策及建议。
Rural human resources in our country has problems of large in quantity, low in quality and weak of fluidity which have greatly restricted sustainable development of agriculture. Based on the viewpoint of sustainable development in rural areas, this article puts forward countermeasures and proposals to strengthen rural buman resources capacity building.
