在当前世界经济形势极为严峻的情况下,扩大内需成为我国现阶段经济发展的重大任务。本文从五个方面分析了当前造成我国内需不足的主要原因,并提出了提高城乡居民的收入、改革城乡二元体制、完善社会保障体系、积极培育城乡新的消费热点、整顿城乡商品市场经济秩序等扩大内需的措施。
