Directional Choice of Property Rights Reform about China's Key State-owned Enterprises

国有重点企业都是一些关系到国计民生的大企业,正因为如此,政府必须抓好国有重点企业的改革。产权改革是国有重点企业改革的突破口,政府应以产权改革为主线沿着产权权属多元化、产权主体明晰化、产权结构合理化的方向来加快国有重点企业产权改革,从而使国有重点企业能更好地发挥其作用。

Key state-owned enterprises are related to the livelihood of large corporations. Precisely for this reason, the Government must do a good job to key state-owned enterprises reform. Property rights reform is the breakthrough of key state-owned enterprises. To accelerate the reform of key state-owned enterprise property rights,the Government should be along the main line of property rights reform. The target is to realize the property ownership diversification , clarity and rationalizing . so the key state-owned enterprises wluld be better to play its role.
